- About Me: In the past four years we've been through painful heartaches, separation and a lifetime of change... in our tears we learned how to laugh and grab life by the horns, to know that our life has only begun, to learn from our many mistakes and to hold on to Jesus and each other for dear life... our relationship has become one set in stone and we can't wait for the rest of our lives to grow old together. We miss each of our four babies who are waiting for us in heaven. We're also proud to serve in the US Air Force.

- Favorite Shows: Good crime dramas like: Bones. Criminal Minds. The Law and Order's. NCIS. N3MBERS. Cold Case. Prison Break is "our show". I learn from What Not to Wear. I like watching Miami or LA Ink. Any show involving Hell and Nightmares in the kitchen with Chef Ramsey! American Idol. The shows I've seen every single, unrated episode of are the O.C., Desperate Housewives, and Sex and the City.

- Favorite Artists: Artists from my childhood will always have a special place in my heart. Especially the awesome Rich Mullins! Then there's Mark Shultz, Micheal W. Smith, Ray Boltz and Twyla Paris, Steve Green, Micheal Card... and my mom's favorite groups, Point of Grace and Philips, Craig and Dean. Nowadays my tastes roam so far and wide it would be hard to pinpoint my favorite Artists. I love Nickleback and Six Pence None The Richer and Toby Mac and Plain White Tees and classic Kiss. We both love Lucero. My favorite band is Coldplay. I like a lot of the Idols. A couple Country artists like Kelly Pickler and Rodney Atkins and the beautiful Faith Hill and Toby Keith. I love the group Barlow Girl. I like some European inspirations like Katie Melua. I love listening to Frank Sinatra when I'm cooking a fancy dinner... or anytime I want to relax or be inspired. There are countless Christain Countemporary, Alternative and Pop artists that have lifted me up to my Jesus through their songs. I love that.

- Songs for Roadtrips: Any country song is good for the road. 'Day by Day' Point of Grace is always awesome for the road. Steven Curtis Chapman and Switchfoot are also for the road - some memories there... And if we're all in the mood to get crunk, we get crunk! 50 Cent baby.

- Favorite Cuisine: So far we love every cuisine that we've tried. I do like Vietnamese fare better than Loren... it's a little too hot for me, but other than that, it's awesome! We love food and we love it in every flavor and style you can think of to make it. Who doesn't love food? Our favorite cuisine... It's too hard to decide between Italian, Chinese, or Honduran.
- Favorite Dishes: NC BBQ, pizza, Steak, Hong Kong's Egg Drop Soup, Honduran Tamales, Italian rolls, Cheese Ravioli, Quesadillas, Grilled Fajitas, Cashew Chicken, Shrimp, Shrimp and More Shrimp.
- Favorite Desserts: Tiramisu Cheesecake.
- Favorite Drinks: Southern Sweet Tea, Cheerwine and Pineapple punch, Margaritas, Coffees, Wine and Fuzzy navels... yeah baby.
- Favorite Junk Foods: Mickydee's French Fries, Doritos, Pringles, Oreos, Take5, Popcorn
- My Original Recipes: I make almost everything without a recipe, or if i use one I make it my own way.
- Favorite Restaurants: Olive Garden, Hong Kong (a little hole in the wall spot just down the road from us, they make the real deal), Bone Fish. El something something-another little hole in the wall spot in Salisbury NC where they make real Honduran and El Salvadoran food. It's THE BEST. Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant. Red Dragon. And Dazbog. Does Dazbog count?
